Whatever the goal is, we all tend to start out jazzed. We pour energy in, commit to "doing it this time", with all our heart and soul.

Every Monday, we meet with a small group of people. Each shares what they want to be held accountable for that week. What did we do last week? What will we do this week? What were the obstacles from doing all we intended? Actions to clear the obstacles.
This process helps people move from stuck to moving towards your goals. We get things done.
